At ExhibitDeal, we believe ordering trade show displays should be simple, fast, and stress-free. Our team works hard to help keep your project moving smoothly from quote to delivery so you can stay focused on preparing for a successful event. Online Orders

Ordering online is the fastest and most efficient way to process your project.

To help avoid delays, we recommend submitting production-ready artwork when placing your order whenever possible.

Orders, artwork files, approvals, and documents received after 1:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

Email Orders

Orders may also be submitted by email to [email protected].

To help ensure reliable file handling, artwork upload instructions will be provided separately by your Project Manager. Please avoid attaching large artwork files directly to emails whenever possible.

Documents, artwork, approvals, and order information received after 1:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

Rush Orders

Many ExhibitDeal products qualify for Rush Production Service.

Depending on production capacity and inventory availability, select products may qualify for same-day or expedited production. Additional rush production and expedited shipping fees may apply.

Production Timelines & Scheduling

Standard production lead times are listed on individual product pages and remain subject to current production capacity and inventory availability.

Orders are scheduled based on receipt of the following:

  • Approved Sales Order
  • Payment Approval
  • Production-Ready Artwork
  • Final Proof Approval

Production timelines begin once all required approvals and documents have been received.

All artwork, approvals, and documents received after 1:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

Your order is scheduled to ship on or before the estimated ship date listed on your Sales Order using the freight method selected there.

While we work hard to maintain published production schedules, ExhibitDeal reserves the right to adjust lead times when necessary due to production capacity, inventory availability, shipping disruptions, material shortages, or circumstances beyond our control. Customers will be notified promptly regarding affected orders.

Our goal is always to keep your project on schedule and event-ready.

Hardware-Only Orders

Most hardware-only orders placed before 1:00 PM EST ship the following business day, subject to inventory availability and production capacity.

Customers will be notified promptly of any delays affecting shipment schedules.

Artwork & Proofing

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs prior to approval, including:

  • Layout and placement
  • Copy and spelling
  • Imprint colors
  • Sizing and artwork details

Once final proof approval has been submitted, production begins and additional changes may become limited or unavailable.

Changes requested after proof approval may result in:

  • Additional production charges
  • Art revision fees
  • Expedited shipping costs
  • Production or delivery delays

Delays in artwork submission or proof approval may also affect scheduled ship dates and requested in-hand dates.

Changes, Cancellations & Custom Orders

Orders may be modified prior to final proof approval whenever possible.

Once production has started, changes to artwork, quantities, shipping methods, shipping addresses, or delivery requirements may not be possible and may result in additional charges and/or delivery delays.

Because many products are custom produced specifically for each order, certain items may not qualify for return or cancellation once production has begun.

Cancelled orders are subject to:

  • Labor and material costs incurred prior to cancellation
  • Applicable processing fees
  • A 5% processing fee on eligible refunds

Payment Terms

All orders must be prepaid prior to production unless approved credit terms have been established.

Credit terms may be available for qualified corporations, schools, municipalities, and government entities. Please contact Customer Care for additional information.

Shipping Information

Estimated shipping dimensions and freight information are available on applicable product pages.

Please note:

  • Duties, customs fees, brokerage charges, taxes, and other international shipping-related costs are not included in quoted shipping rates and remain the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Oversized products may require special freight arrangements.
  • Event and tradeshow deliveries may require additional coordination and transit time.

Event & Tradeshow Deliveries

ExhibitDeal has extensive experience shipping to convention centers, hotels, advance warehouses, and event venues across the country.

Because event logistics often involve strict schedules and third-party handling procedures, we strongly recommend reviewing all event paperwork, move-in schedules, and delivery instructions carefully before placing your order.

By requesting delivery directly to an event or tradeshow venue with a requested in-hand date, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1. Delivery Scheduling

ExhibitDeal will make every reasonable effort to schedule production and shipment to meet the requested delivery timeline. UPS or FedEx Ground services do not guarantee specific delivery dates and are not recommended for time-sensitive event deliveries.

2. Carrier Delays

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, transit times and delivery performance are outside of ExhibitDeal’s direct control. ExhibitDeal is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, service interruptions, weather events, or transportation-related issues.

3. Venue & Show Management Delays

ExhibitDeal is not responsible for delays caused by convention centers, advance warehouses, show decorators, hotels, event staff, or venue management after delivery has been completed to the designated receiving location.

4. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for verifying venue delivery instructions, booth information, receiving requirements, and move-in schedules prior to shipment.

By proceeding with the order, the customer accepts these terms and acknowledges the unique logistical requirements associated with event and tradeshow deliveries.

Tracking & Delivery

Tracking information will be provided once orders ship.

Some orders may ship in multiple shipments depending on production schedules, inventory availability, or shipping methods.

Customers are responsible for inspecting all packages and merchandise within 48 hours of delivery and reporting any shipping damage, shortages, or discrepancies promptly.

Warranty

ExhibitDeal products are designed to provide reliable, professional-quality performance for trade shows, events, and branded environments.

Unless otherwise noted on individual product pages:

Hardware Warranty

Standard hardware warranty coverage is one (1) year against defects in materials and workmanship.

Graphic Warranty

Graphics include a 30-day warranty covering manufacturing defects only.

Warranty coverage does not include:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper handling
  • Shipping damage not reported within 48 hours of receipt
  • Misuse or abuse
  • Customer-installed damage
  • Accidents or improper storage

Customers are responsible for shipping products to ExhibitDeal for inspection when requested.

Products determined to contain manufacturing defects may be repaired or replaced at ExhibitDeal’s discretion.

If approved within the applicable warranty period, ExhibitDeal will cover standard outbound shipping costs for warranty replacements.

Claims & Returns

All claims for shipping damage, shortages, or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims reported after 48 hours may limit our ability to assist with replacements or shipping claims.

All returns require prior authorization from Customer Care and issuance of an RMA number.

Please note:

  • Printed and customized products are non-returnable
  • Returns will not be accepted after 90 days
  • Restocking and processing fees may apply
  • Return freight must be prepaid and insured by the customer
  • Customers are responsible for loss or damage occurring during return shipment

Please contact Customer Care for complete claims and return instructions prior to returning merchandise.

Product Availability & Substitutions

ExhibitDeal reserves the right to modify, improve, discontinue, or substitute products and materials when necessary.

When substitutions are required, products of comparable quality, functionality, and value may be provided.

Trademarks & Artwork Responsibility

Artwork displayed on our website or marketing materials is shown for illustrative purposes only.

By submitting artwork and placing an order, the customer represents and warrants that:

  • They have the legal right to reproduce submitted artwork
  • Artwork does not infringe on trademarks, copyrights, or protected rights
  • Artwork complies with applicable laws and regulations

Customers agree to hold ExhibitDeal harmless from claims arising from submitted artwork or content.

Warranty Disclaimer

Except as expressly stated in these Terms & Conditions or on applicable product pages, ExhibitDeal makes no additional warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Product suitability for specific events, applications, or environments remains the responsibility of the customer.

Limitation of Liability

ExhibitDeal’s liability for any claim relating to products or services provided shall be limited to the amount paid for the applicable order.

ExhibitDeal shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-related damages, including lost profits, lost business opportunities, event delays, or marketing losses arising from the use of our products or services.

This limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Force Majeure

ExhibitDeal shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to weather events, natural disasters, labor shortages, transportation disruptions, material shortages, power outages, governmental actions, labor disputes, or carrier interruptions.

Use of Website

All content on this website, including images, graphics, product descriptions, logos, and marketing materials, is the property of ExhibitDeal or its licensors and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

Unauthorized use of this website or its content may violate intellectual property and other applicable laws.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict of law principles.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Updates to Terms

ExhibitDeal reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or placement of orders constitutes acceptance of the current Terms & Conditions.
